Adam Levesque

Adam Levesque is a lawyer at ALX Legal who advises clients in both English and French. His practice is centered on corporate and commercial law, with complementary work in commercial real estate and estate planning.

He works closely with business owners at every stage of their growth, from start-up structuring to more complex transactions and long-term planning. Adam regularly assists with incorporations, shareholder arrangements, financings, reorganizations, and purchase and sale transactions. He is particularly committed to supporting businesses in Eastern Ontario and takes a hands-on approach to helping clients navigate both legal and practical challenges.

Adam earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. During his academic and early professional experience, Adam worked with Front Row Ventures, where he assisted with fund formation and pre-seed financings, and completed an in-house internship at Wealthsimple. He later worked in corporate law in Toronto, gaining hands-on experience in a range of business matters and further developing a practical, business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.

He is known for being approachable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. Adam prioritizes understanding each client’s objectives and providing tailored guidance that aligns with their broader business goals.

Outside the office, Adam brings the same discipline and curiosity to his personal life. You’ll often find him out on a run, on the ice playing hockey, or on the golf course. He also keeps a close eye on investing trends and market developments, and enjoys unwinding by playing guitar.
